How working together actually works

The services

SS Consulting provides Google Ads management, Microsoft Ads management, Facebook and Instagram Ads management, landing page builds, and CRM setup, as described on the pricing page. Services begin once you've confirmed which package you want and granted the account access described below.

Account access

Management services require adding ssconsultingppc@gmail.com as a view-only or admin user (as needed) on the relevant ad account. We never ask for account passwords. If access isn't granted, work on that account can't begin, and no management fee is charged until it is.

Ad spend

Management fees cover the work of building and running your campaigns. Ad spend itself, the money paid to Google, Microsoft, or Meta for clicks and impressions, is separate, billed directly by those platforms to you, and is never marked up or invoiced by SS Consulting.

Billing and payment

Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Landing page builds are billed as a one-time fee once the build begins. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may pause active management until the account is current.

Month-to-month, no long-term lock-in

Services run month-to-month. Either party can end the arrangement with 14 days' written notice by text or email. There's no cancellation fee, and no minimum term requirement.

What happens if you cancel

Your ad accounts, landing pages, and any CRM data remain yours. On cancellation, we'll remove our access from your accounts and provide a plain summary of what's currently running so a new manager, or you directly, can pick it up without starting from zero.

No guaranteed results

Paid advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, market conditions, and your own website or offer. We don't guarantee specific results, rankings, cost-per-click, or return on ad spend. What we do commit to is running your account with the same care and attention described throughout this site.

Ownership

You own your ad accounts, your data, and any landing page built for you once the one-time fee is paid in full. Nothing here transfers ownership of your business assets to SS Consulting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SS Consulting's liability for any claim related to these services is limited to the fees paid for the service in question over the preceding one month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
